How to Assemble
Your party hats will arrive flat to keep them protected during delivery.

Gently curve the hat into a cone shape.

Bring the edges together and secure using the pre-cut fastening tabs.

Attach the elastic through the holes on either side.

Adjust into shape and you're ready to celebrate!
