Creating something one-of-a-kind just for your event! If you are ordering from our Design Your Theme Collection, this Custom Design Fee must be added to your cart alongside your selected products.

This fee allows us to work closely with you to create a personalised and unique design that perfectly reflects your event theme, incorporating your chosen colours, photos and wording — and includes a design proof for approval before printing.

This is a one-time payment per order and will cover all products you are purchasing from the Design Your Theme Collection — no need to add it more than once.

HOW TO ORDER

Step 1 — Choose Your Products
Browse the Design Your Theme Collection and select the products you’d like customised.

Step 2 — Upload Your Inspiration
Use the ‘Upload Your Design Ideas’ button on each product page to share your ideas — such as colour palettes, photos, graphics or mood boards.

Step 3 — Add Your Personal Details
Fill in the text fields with any names, ages, dates, or event messages — e.g. Beth's 18th Birthday!

Step 4 — Add All Items to Your Cart
Make sure each customised product is added to your basket with the required information.

Step 5 — Add the Custom Design Fee
Add this listing (Custom Design Fee – £15) to your cart once.
We cannot begin designing until this fee has been received, so please double-check it’s included before completing your order.

Step 6 — Review Your Proof
Within 5 working days, we will send a visual proof of your personalised artwork to the email used at checkout. You’ll have the chance to request a small revision if needed.

Step 7 — Production & Dispatch
Once you approve the final design, we will print and ship your items within 5–7 working days.

Returns

At Made by Yours Sincerely, we take great pride in creating custom, made-to-order products tailored to your specific
needs. Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, all sales are final and refunds will not be possible once an
order has been placed.

However, we understand that unexpected issues may arise. If you encounter any problems with your order, please
contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to review your case on an individual basis to
determine if any adjustments can be made.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances
beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions). Please note that we are not responsible for any
delays in shipping once the order has left us.
